もしそうでないなら、対策としてパスワードを変更してください。
やはりツイッター（X）が無料会員に提供できるセキュリティ対策は、パスワード変更しかないようです。しかし、このようにしてメールで連絡してくれるだけでもありがたいですね。
パスワード変更方法

にチェックを付けておきましょう。
パスワード変更は、送られて来たメールのChange your passwordクリック（タップ）でもいけますし、下記方法でもできます。
PCだと左欄「…」の「もっと見る」
→「設定とプライバシー」
→右欄「パスワードを変更する」
これで変更できます。
