I’m not sure but I think it‘s trying to make a direct comparison that “the same with” doesn’t really work. You could say, for example:
The Wi-Fi password has to consist of mixed capitals, lower-case and numbers: it’s the same with most passwords.

回答は既に述べた通りなのだが（質問者がthatを忘れているだけ）、ひとつ回答を読もうと思い、この回答を取り上げようと思ったが、読み返したけれども、ひどく読みにくかった。多分itは質問者の話の内容（Wi-Fi AとWi-Fi Bのパスワードが同じ）を言っているのだろう。つまり後ろのto不定詞をもらっている形式主語のitではない。

そうすると構文把握的にthatが余るのだが、このthatは「だから」という意味だと思う。辞書的な典拠はない。ただ、ドイツ語のdassとかだとしょっちゅう見ていた用法だと思う。下記辞書pp.326-327参照（但し管理人が使っているのは第３版）：
